Podere La Torre is a beautiful small estate just 1.5 miles south-east of the pretty village Montespertoli. The two properties we have to let here have been made up from portions of an old farmhouse and an attractive barn to sleep 2+1 people each. Both buildings have been recently restored to a very good standard. There are lovely garden areas behind from where you enjoy superb views to the surrounding hills and there is a good swimming pool (7.2m x 4.6m x depth 1.2m) for shared use. Each property has its own sitting out areas with garden tables and chairs provided for 'al fresco' dining.

The village of Montespertoli has all kinds of shops including a good supermarket, restaurants, banks and a pharmacy. You are well placed for visits to all the major towns of central Tuscany including Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena and Pisa. Tennis courts and horse riding are available in the area.

Notes: This is a lovely area for either a relaxing or touring holiday at any time, with plenty of opportunities for touring to all the major sights of Tuscany.

ACACIA

This is a very charming and spacious ground floor apartment in the large farmhouse (the rest of the farmhouse is not in use). Entrance into large well-equipped dining kitchen with dining table, fire place, fridge/freezer, 2 sinks, hob, electric oven and washing machine. The room has a beautiful beamed ceiling. A doorway leads from the kitchen to a large sitting/dining room with impressive vaulted ceiling, another dining table and an arch that leads through to the sitting area which has double sofa bed, second sofa and armchair (an extra single bed is available in here on request). Good double bedroom with vaulted ceiling and antique furniture. Modern bathroom with shower, basin, bidet and wc. Central heating. Satellite TV. Cot available on request. The whole property is comfortably furnished in rustic/antique style. Sitting out area for eating out of doors.

AIA
Property Ref. 671 - Sleeps 2+1 child (under 12)

Beautiful ground floor apartment in the converted barn. The property takes its name from the large barnyard in front of the apartment. Entrance from the barnyard through a wide glass door into an attractive sitting room with large Tuscan fireplace and double sofa bed. An open archway and two steps lead from the sitting room through to the pretty dining kitchen which has dining table, fridge/freezer, hob and oven. There is a lovely double bedroom. Good modern bathroom with shower, basin, bidet, wc and washing machine. Beautiful beamed ceilings and terracotta floors throughout. All rooms are tastefully furnished with much attention to detail. Beautiful views from the barnyard. Central heating. Satellite TV. Cot available on request. Sitting out area for eating out of doors.

These prices are inclusive of linen, towels, power, welcome pack and final clean and are for TWO persons only. Third person (child under 12 only) price is £65 payable in advance. Cot available on request - £30 payable in advance. Security deposit 150 Euros payable locally. Heating, if used, is by meter reading.

 

Additional Information At all properties towels are included with the linen. Please ask for the prices for Christmas if not stated. The Security deposit may be paid in the Sterling equivalent. Changeovers - bookings are from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise stated (in low season changeover days can be more flexible - please ask). Arrivals are between 4pm and 7pm. Departure is by 10am. All properties are cleaned after your departure, but we do ask clients to leave their accommodation as they found it.
