Gli Oleandri consists of two beautiful, perfectly restored buildings, one is a converted barn and the other house is an old farmhouse. The two properties can ideally be let together for a big family or separately for smaller groups. They sit on a sunny hillside between Castelfiorentino and Certaldo and enjoy commanding views from the garden and most of the windows across the valley to the hilltop villages of San Gimignano, Montaione and Gambassi Terme.

You are perfectly placed for touring round all the famous sights of central Tuscany with Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca being within easy driving distance. There are good shopping facilities at Castelfiorentino and Certaldo, both approximately 3.5 miles away. Horse riding and tennis courts are available in the area and it takes you less than 30 minutes to reach a very good golf course at Castelfalfi.

The two houses are reached up a small country road and have a beautiful well-kept garden with some grassy areas, many plants and trees. Both buildings have a large terrace for eating outdoors and there are fantastic views. In the garden there is a good swimming pool (6m x 12m, depth 1-2.5m) with comfortable poolside furniture. Covered car park and barbecue in the garden. From the estate you can enjoy good walks in the countryside.

FIENILE

The accommodation is on two floors approximately 120m². Entrance from the terrace into well furnished sitting/dining room/kitchen with sofa and satellite TV. Modern fitted kitchen with hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Service bathroom with basin, bidet and wc. Spacious double bedroom with good en-suite bathroom (shower, basin, bidet and wc).

There is a second en-suite bedroom with a bed that can be used as a single, double or twin bed (the second bed is underneath the single bed and can be pulled out if needed). The bathroom has shower, basin, bidet and wc.

A wide stone staircase leads up to the upper floor with a beautiful large double bedroom with windows on two sides and a bathroom with shower, basin, bidet and wc. Each bedroom has its own satellite TV.

A laundry room with a washing machine is downstairs and accessed from the garden. There are beautiful beamed ceilings and terracotta floors throughout. The property is comfortably furnished. Central heating, air conditioning. Cot available on request.

CASA VECCHIA

Casa Vecchia is approximately 15m from FIENILE and is part of a bigger farmhouse. Two people live in the other part of the farmhouse at the back but they don't share the garden.

Casa Vecchia is approximately 80m². The entrance leads from the terrace into a lovely sitting room with sofa and satellite TV. An open arch leads to a large dining/kitchen area with a long dining table and a very good fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob with 5 gas rings, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is a service bathroom with basin, bidet, wc and a separate laundry room with a washing machine.

A stone staircase leads to the first floor with two good en-suite double bedrooms. Both bathrooms have shower, basin, bidet and wc. Each bedroom has satellite TV. There are terracotta floors throughout and beamed ceilings on the first floor. The whole property is beautifully furnished with much attention to detail. There is a large terrace for eating outdoors, with garden furniture and BBQ. Central heating. Cot available on request.
