Property Location

Agriturismo Annita is set in one of the most picturesque Chianti areas on a farm estate only two miles from the village of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa. It consists of a beautiful old barn in mellow stone dating back to 1800 which has been completely restored. The restoration was completed in 2008.

The house is divided into three lovely properties. In the garden, where there are fine views to the surrounding countryside, there is a good swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 1.4m - 1.6m) for guests' use. There are garden areas around the house and a large terrace for outdoor eating. A barbecue and two mountain bikes are available on request.

The welcoming owners live next door in a large farmhouse above their winery called Poggio alle Lame. They produce good Chianti wines, grappa and olive oil. They rear hens and rabbits close to the garden. Guests are very welcome to purchase the owners' produce.

In the village of Tavarnelle you will find tennis courts and the option for hot air balloon flights. There are several restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, banks and other shops. Horse riding is available in the area. You are well placed for visiting all the famous sights in central Tuscany. You can easily reach the centre of Florence by bus, the bus stop is only 700m away.

LE LOGGE

The accommodation is all on the ground floor and is approximately 60m². There are two entrance doors leading into a beautiful sitting/dining room with open plan modern fitted kitchen. There is a double sink, 4 ring gas hob, electric oven and dishwasher. There is a TV in the sitting area and a double sofa bed for occasional use.

From the kitchen a small hall leads to a lovely double bedroom and delightful twin room. One of the bedrooms has a door leading outside to the nearby terrace. Good modern bathroom, with shower, basin, wc and washing machine, suitable for disabled use. There are beamed ceilings and beautiful stone floors throughout, central heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet access. Cot available on request.

BELVEDERE
Property Ref. 751 - Sleeps 4+2

The accommodation is on two floors and is approximately 60m², the property sits on a sloping site. Entrance door from the garden opens into the hall. Seven steps lead to a lovely bedroom that can be used as a double or a twin room (please advise at time of booking). This room has windows on three sides. The bathroom for this room is up nine steps on the first floor. A good modern bathroom with a shower, basin, bidet and wc.

A door from the hall opens into a pretty sitting/dining room with TV and double sofa bed for occasional use. There is an open plan fitted kitchen with sink, 4 ring gas hob, electric oven and dishwasher. On this level there is a pretty second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower, basin, bidet, wc and washing machine).

The property has beautiful beamed ceilings and there are good views from all windows. Central heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet access. Cot available on request.

TRAMONTO
Property Ref. 752 - Sleeps 2+1

Beautiful ground floor property of approximately 40m², accessed from its own terrace through a large glass door. Comfortable sitting/dining room with double sofa bed and satellite TV. Open fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob, electric oven, dishwasher. Pretty double bedroom with an iron bed. Good modern bathroom with shower, basin, bidet, wc and washing machine. There are beautiful beamed ceilings and the property is tastefully furnished in rustic style.

There is central heating, air conditioning and free internet Wi-Fi. Cot available on request.

The three properties are equally well suited for separate use or for larger families who wish to stay together.
